Do the karmic energies of the akashic records radiate out through the DNA or directly into body energy or both?

You told us when someone goes in a room and interacts with another person, they are not looking in their DNA, they are not looking in their akashic record, but most likely, they are going into the thought plane and perceiving the nature of thought the person is exhibiting and has compiled within their thought plane, and they are sensing the level of positivity or negativity. You also recently told us that the energetic signature of a person in their akashic record is detectable by others, and can determine how they are seen and accepted, with the example applied to victims of bullying being seen and attacked more readily by bullies they encounter, so healing this energetic signature can be valuable. How do we reconcile these conflicting views?

We have been told that the four different root races of humanity were, in one sense, the four different star being civilizations from which our original genome was constructed, but what we perceive as visibly different racial groups (from appearance and skin color primarily) were created by the extraterrestrial interlopers altering the DNA of this single original human race. Were these changes done deliberately to create visibly distinguishable lineages belonging to the Anunnaki rulers, Enlil, Enki, and Ninmah?
