It also has vitamin B3 (niacinamide) as a stabilizer and moisturizer, vitamin B5 (panthenol) as a humectant and conditioner, hyaluronic acid as a powerful humectant, sodium PCA as a hydrating ingredient, and glycerin as a humectant and conditioner. The concentration of ingredients is not stated. The paper they cite studying topical vitamins Cand E as augmented with ferulic acid, used 150 mg per ml of vitamin C.
