A viewer asks: “You have confirmed that [my grandson] is a targeted individual. I have asked several questions about him in the past but his reading ability is another serious concern. He is 10 years old and his reading is at about a first-grade level and he resists help that anyone offers. Is this problem, and the many other issues in school, also caused by the interlopers?”

This is a complex situation and it is difficult to unravel what might be a direct or indirect influence of the interlopers here, but that does not really matter in the end. Understanding this mechanistically will not be of great help because you only have the existing educational system to fall back on, in addition to divine healing and prayer requests to work on the issues you see him struggle with. There are deep-rooted issues here that represent inner liabilities and like all developmental problems, it usually takes a concerted effort by parents and the school, in addition, in many cases, to outside caregivers with particular expertise, for example, with autism or behavior disorders. The only question we would make is to not give up and accept a lower level of performance as representing a hopeless situation. Children who are behind their peers need more help and do not deserve to be ignored or neglected because of a presumed disappointment they are perhaps not destined to compete and be normal even. That is making broad assumptions, and a kind of defeatist attitude that will undermine the chances for improvement. There are many examples of children who are late bloomers for all kinds of reasons, particularly when there is divine help ongoing that might be slow in coming, but will arrive in time to accelerate catching up in the school curriculum to help save the day and give children who start out struggling an opportunity to be advancing to the normal range, with all that portends for a potential career and success in life in doing the things most people want.
