I don’t remember what the dream was about, but I suddenly had the awareness that I was in a dream and knew that I could will things to happen. I verbally requested to see my spirit guides. A man and a woman appeared in front of me almost instantly. If I am remembering correctly, the best way I can describe them was Asian or part, combat boots, dark hair, black khaki pants and shirts, and a blank look on their faces. I woke seconds later. Were these my spirit guides, or dark beings posing as them to manipulate? Are spirit guides allowed to reveal themselves to people?” What can we tell her?

A family of doctors and high-achieving student athletes were among six people killed when a small plane crashed in a muddy field in upstate New York, just days after a separate fatal helicopter crash in the Hudson River. The passengers were reportedly flying to the Columbia County area to visit family for a holiday celebration. Among the dead were the executive medical director of neurosciences at Rochester Regional Health, his urologist wife, a son, a daughter who was NCAA Woman of the Year, and their partners. Officials said the plane appeared intact before impact and was descending rapidly when it crashed. The cause is still under investigation by the FAA and NTSB. Did he then enter the building and go up to the second-floor lunch room?
