The supplement, Immuno 150, boasts 70 plant-based trace minerals plus 80 additional nutrients, not all defined as to their amounts. Is this worth my consideration to possibly recommend to others? I am trying to figure out which ingredients in Mito-Essence are most important to add and in what amounts using bulk supplements, if people are taking both Advanced Mitochondrial Formula and Metaphenol-27 as a foundation, as you have said taking all three would be beneficial. The two foundational supplements have about 216 mg Niacinamide. Would adding another 250 mg be safe and advantageous?
