It may or it may not, depending on the intention of the practitioner in question. Most practitioners are trained to invite the divine realm. This is a major focus of the modality, and this is rightly so, as the work will be more robust and reliable when the divine realm works alongside the practitioner. So it is a great advantage for both practitioner and client in getting the most out of a session.
