I just listened to a Dr. Steven Gundry presentation on his supplement, Total Restore, designed to counter Leaky Gut. Is his scientific explanation of this syndrome accurate, that it is caused by disruption of the gut lining by lectins, creating gaps that permit uptake of endotoxins and other microbial products that spread through the body and damage many tissues? Is this a significant source of inflammation?

Is Dr. Gundry missing a key factor in the consequences of Leaky Gut, that it can also enable uptake of dangerous chronic viruses? Is that taking place, and how might it rank in importance in terms of impairing health compared to endotoxins and other microbial substances getting absorbed?

Does Dr. Gundry’s Total Restore supplement have significant antiviral activity in addition to preventing Leaky Gut and if so, what percent of its health benefits are actually the result of inhibiting chronic viruses in the body, either directly or preventing their uptake via a leaky gut? What percent of people would benefit substantially from taking Total Restore for health maintenance?

A viewer asks: “As you may recall at the very end of 2017, at a fairly advanced age my prior dog hemorrhaged from a liver tumor and I took him in for emergency surgery. He passed but not before we tried everything including a blood transfusion. Listening to the LHP webinar yesterday you touched on the undesirability of transfusions because of the additional karma from the donor. I had forgotten that I had approved that transfusion actually in terms of implication for his new lifetime as my current dog! You confirmed that he is indeed back from the light which was so great to hear. In terms of his life now at almost 5 and 1/2 years old, he’s done great but I often think to myself that he’s somehow less affectionate and connected to me this time around even though maybe many other things are much improved. Unlike during his last lifetime, he doesn’t chase cars or buses or skateboarders etc (except from behind a fence at the dog park which is awesome), he doesn’t guard his food and is a great companion and role model or mentor for his daughter puppy. Is the extra karmic load received during the transfusion somehow resolved by the countless LHPs before he passed and then since then, or is it involved in the less passionate sort of experience I have between the two of us? I always noticed that he doesn’t give kisses and is so so about hugs.” What can we tell him?

Another assault using a vehicle was reported in the New Orleans French Quarter on New Year’s Eve, when a pickup truck reportedly driven by a US citizen, Shamsud-Din Jabbar, plowed through a crowd of revelers for several blocks at high speed, killing 15 people and injuring dozens. The mysterious drone sightings over New Jersey and New York seem to have stopped. Is this just because the intention of the extraterrestrials was only to sow confusion and fear by providing a predicate for blaming the coming tidal power outages on a foreign power perhaps using those drone flights to spy on our infrastructure? Zebora has made two new versions of a supplement I am taking which now, have 400 mg of CoQ10 instead of 300 mg and 20 mg of PQQ (pyrroloquinoline quinone) instead of 10 mg. One of them matches the older version in also containing 60 mg of Omega 3s, 30 mg of Sunflower lecithin, and 10 mg Black Pepper extract. The other new version lacks the Omega 3s and Sunflower lecithin, but has 24 mg of Vitamin E and 100 mg of Trans-Resveratrol plus 5 mg of Black Pepper Extract. Which of these supplements is the best to recommend as part of a compilation to make a more economical version of the Advanced Mitochondrial Formulation?
