My intuition tells me it’s just hold them in place until the rescue is over, and then release them right where they’re at. The question is, can we do one better? The suspect accused of killing four people in a Manhattan high-rise building on July 28, 2025, allegedly left a note behind that appeared to blame the NFL for a brain injury, according to New York City Mayor Eric Adams.
