The light being Phil Schneider, who had been a whistleblower who worked on a deep underground extraterrestrial base, told us in our channeling of him that the Dulce Base was built because the Reptilians want to dig in, fearing greatly an attack from benevolent extraterrestrials coming to help humanity. He also commented, somewhat cryptically in hindsight, that “The danger in this is that the natives are always restless … This is a dangerous state of affairs to have this be in place.” Was the former perhaps an early reason to construct such an installation, and the latter a hint that it, and perhaps many others, have been repurposed or added to support other dark agendas?

It also recommended past life regression or hypnosis. When it started it made me put aluminum on my head when sleeping and going outside, which did not help.
