The supplement Restori Cell, from www.abmdhealth.com, is promoted as having five highly specialized nutrients that help activate autophagy and support the natural elimination of zombie cells. Its largest component is berberine, which is contained in the supplement Liponine recommended for diabetes. Would Restori Cell also be useful for management of type II diabetes and metabolic syndrome, and if so, how effective would its ranking be, compared to Liponine and Syntra5, or both in combination?

This was very bad news to me as I have been moving towards a more carnivore-style diet for the time being and dairy is a big part of that.
