These are just housekeeping details. The intention is to vaccinate everything that moves for purposes of tagging you. The so-called "vaccine passport" and the registration of each individual in a global database is simply to enforce the mandate to ensure no one escapes the needle. That is what this is truly about, not the need to identify people as individuals, only as a member of a category, "tagged" or "not yet tagged."
