A viewer asks: “Are Arcturians genetically compatible with human? Can a human impregnate an Arcturian female and vice versa? Are there Human/Arcturian hybrids?”

These beings are genetically compatible so there is a possibility of impregnation should there be a sexual encounter. This is quite unlikely because there is no desire among the Arcturians to engage with human beings in this fashion. They simply have no interest because they regard human beings as vastly inferior beings and, to them, it would be akin to having sex with an animal on the part of a human being. Similarly, they do not produce hybrids, mixing their own DNA with humans. They are facilitating and indulging their alien Grey robotic beings to do so. The original template for the alien Greys was the Arcturian genome, but that is not the same thing as an Arcturian breeding or interbreeding with a human partner, so it is all once removed. The alien Grey DNA, which is a subset of Arcturian genomic makeup, is incorporated with human in the hybrid beings but they are not, strictly speaking, Arcturian/human hybrids, they are alien Grey/human hybrids. There is no Arcturian equivalent with that purpose and makeup.
