If only energy restoration is accomplished by Healing Touch, is that undermined by persistent spirit attachment, eventually making the process of only temporary help unless spirit removal is done purposefully as part of the session?

It is more the opposite. The spirit removal is done routinely by divine realm as long as they are invited to be part of the session. And that is easy to do because the host will usually have no strong desire to retain them. When there are karmic ties, that is different, as you know. If there is a hybrid lost soul situation, in particular, with a karmic past history with the host, it will not be easy for divine realm to dislodge this interloper, but the meddlers are readily removed. And so then the energetic healing will be an additional adjunct if the problem was a consequence of the attachment siphoning things off too greatly. If the primary cause for chakra poor performance is the presence of inner belief-based negativity of the host, that may or may not be healable directly with the healing touch approach, but is a problem independent of spirit presence.
