Is it accurate to say that Anunnaki are a race of giant humans whose genetics are compatible with ordinary humans?

It is not correct to call them humans as that would be confusing. They are certainly humanoid. There are genetic similarities among all organisms and among humanoids in particular, but they have their individual identities and the term human should be reserved for the divine human.
