One type of extraterrestrial craft observed by the U.S. Military on multiple occasions flying in the vicinity of their operations, has been described as a “Tic Tac” because of its capsule shape and having a smooth white surface. This type of craft has been clocked at traveling 35,000 miles per hour and doing maneuvers that would create a 5,000 x G force that would easily crush a human pilot to death. Are these craft a kind of unpiloted drone, or do the ETs have advanced technology to cancel gravitational and inertial forces to protect the beings flying them as well as passengers?

The latter is the case. They are far beyond human capability in their understanding of the practical issues surrounding high-speed flight and ways to overcome physical forces and their potential resistance and interference. This is why craft can fly around in your skies at supersonic speeds without breaking the sound barrier, why they can move rapidly under water so readily, and defy many other seeming limitations of natural forces in the way they are expected to behave, such as craft disappearing and reappearing elsewhere in rapid succession or traveling across time, or moving interdimensionally via portals, and so on. So they have a technological capability to neutralize the effects of inertia and gravitational forces so maximum maneuverability can be exploited without any dire consequences to living beings along for the ride.
