Was Sirhan Sirhan a mind-controlled tool of the Extraterrestrial Alliance, perhaps with spirit meddler influence on him as well, or was he manipulated solely by human mind control using drugs and hypnosis?

As you saw intuitively, this was far more sophisticated than the human-level mind control manipulation to create an agent, or asset, for covert work via fragmentation of the personality through stress, aided with drugs and hypnosis, to increase susceptibility to suggestion, and to serve as a way to mask the memory of what happened to the person to create this state of affairs, and then hone them in ways to create a perfect secret agent whose actions can be compartmentalized within the various personalities and therefore, even through intensive interrogation, or even torture, will not be able to divulge secrets, because they, themselves, cannot connect to them consciously. The part of them who was present carrying out programmed instructions remains submerged and is only recallable through the handlers. In the case of Sirhan Sirhan, he was programmed to carry out his role through direct mind control manipulation of him by extraterrestrial psychics, intervening on the subconscious level of his mind to create a series of instructions he was compelled to follow, and did, in fact, do so. He was a rather ineffective operative for this role but he did follow through and this allowed him to be the fall guy, and the only object of attention, and was assumed to be the sole perpetrator.
