Was the Dust Bowl of the 1930s caused by the Extraterrestrial Alliance, and if so, what manipulations of human activity were done to create the maximum impact?

There was manipulation of human actions in not seeing to taking protective measures against possible wind erosion as well as movement of floodwater across vast expanses with no break-up in terrain. The Great Plains were poised to allow a catastrophe of that magnitude and this was indeed taken advantage of by the Extraterrestrial Alliance to cause a massive destruction of farm production through stripping topsoil by outsized winds. In the usual aftermath, they provided a cover story and additional manipulation to blame it all on human carelessness and thoughtlessness and then provided the promotion of preventive measures, solely in hindsight, to plant trees at intervals as windbreaks, and so on, but that was truly a case of closing the barn door after the horse is gone and served to cement in people’s minds the idea that it was not just caused by nature but also human carelessness and lack of vision. That is a routine tactic always employed to blame humans for their problems and the tragic events that keep unfolding generation after generation.
