This is very much the case. All such individuals are checked and assessed and given extra attention, many on an ongoing basis depending on this screening and what it shows about their potential for causing problems to the Extraterrestrial Alliance. This is routinely done for all such organizations. They follow all people in this way, and their interests, and this feeds the process of mind control manipulation in many other ways as well. They can target subgroups who they know have particular political leanings or religious affiliations or technical and professional interests, and on and on, with specific messages, and this greatly increases their effectiveness.
It is much like the social media and how marketing is done via keying off who is clicking onto what for more information or access or proximity, and using that information to send inducements and advertise things of potential interest to them and to organize information in ways with great efficiency to appeal to their profile as gathered in advance. This is exactly parallel, but with much greater sophistication, thoroughness, and with a resulting manipulation much more sinister and effective than throwing ads onto their screen as they proceed through their time on the Internet.
