DWQA QuestionsCategory: Healing ModalitiesMito-Essence, a supplement from Primal Force (Dr. Al Sears) contains Thiamine (as benofotiamine) 250 mg, Niacin (as niacinamide) 250 mg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B-2) 100 mg, Acetyl-L-Carnitine 1,000 mg, N-Acetyl Cysteine, 500 mg, Rhodiola Rosea 250 mg, and Luteolin 10 mg. It is promoted as a mitochondrial protectant and enhancer. How does it compare in effectiveness compared to Advanced Mitochondrial Formula from Advanced Bionutritionals?

This is a valid and quite helpful nutritional supplement in its own right, but it is not a replacement for the Advanced Mitochondrial Formula because its actions will be somewhat different, and while overlapping, as reflected in the intention of providing mitochondrial support, it will do so in different ways. As such, it is not quite as effective as the Advanced Mitochondrial Formula for that purpose, but worthy to be used and will benefit those who find and adopt it for their own benefit.
