Is the program, reportedly run by FEMA, of rounding up homeless people and putting them in temporary housing as a test run for establishing large internment camps, still ongoing? Is it ramping up or fizzling out? What is the current status?

Although this seems improbable and has been denied officially, the program is ramping up, and that is because of the rapidly shortening timeline for Alien Disclosure. It is coming quite soon now and this is part of the preparation. There are many suggestions that will be made on the basis of things being in a state of emergency. That will have been engineered to happen as well, and create a crisis that becomes real. All of the softening up will have had an impact that saps the strength of humanity, taps out resources, and leaves people in the lurch, lacking the wherewithal to truly overcome the cascade of difficulties that will be mounting.
