This is a nice theory but is not correct. Dark matter, as such, does not truly exist, it is a form of consciousness leaving its influence in a mysterious fashion. The so-called "dark energy" is consciousness as well, and that is why its makeup and origins are still elusive. The influence of consciousness pervades the universe but human science does not yet have the instruments and tools to measure and define consciousness in a more elegant fashion than the conceptual.
