This has true potential but must be brought into a practical form, both in terms of function as well as cost-effectiveness. We see that as being feasible but will depend on departure of the interlopers who have heretofore stifled any advanced, innovative solution to the energy shortfall, at least cost-effective quantities. Keep in mind that the world is highly corrupt and history is replete with the suppression of cost-saving and energy-efficient strategies getting ignored, or even actively suppressed, in order to avoid competition or obsolescence of the powerful industries providing an infrastructure of goods and services. Humans are too easily manipulated to serve selfish aims at the expense of society as a whole, so it is easy to suppress progress and constrain advancement to keep things within a slow incremental progression. Slaves must be kept busy to keep them out of mischief.
