DWQA QuestionsCategory: Extraterrestrial Corruption of Human InstitutionsThere are still conflicting views and opinions about the DoD Directive 5240.01, reissued on September 27, 2024. Some quoting official sources claim, adamantly, that it grants no new power to the Defense Department and does not grant legal authority for the military to use lethal force on civilians. Others maintain that the directive now permits lethal force in cases of imminent threats or national security emergencies. Concerns are further dismissed by pointing out that lethal force can only be used with express authority of the Secretary of Defense, as though that could never be granted. A further contingency was included to allow immediate action for a 72-hour period, without such authorization. Is this just routine planning or is this a sinister manipulation to enhance potential future governmental control over citizens?

This indeed is sinister. Governments around the world are ever seeking a greater stranglehold on their citizenry. This is being orchestrated by ramping up fear and using natural human insecurities as a kind of impetus to justify strengthening rules and regulations. This can always be looked at both ways, by some as a dangerous encroachment on personal freedom and safety, and by others a necessary closing of loopholes so as to allow the government to maintain order given the wild unruly public, the long, long history of civil unrest that has cost billions of dollars in property loss as well as many losing their lives, having their lives ruined through disruption, economic loss, and getting involved with criminal prosecution, in some cases, because they were a party to group madness for a time and got caught. So there has always been plenty to worry about, and that is the tool and the leverage used by the interlopers again and again to stack the deck in their favor so that the power and wherewithal to further punish is ever-increasing.
