We would rank these in the order of the Bioniq Classic Biomimetic Toothpaste with 20 Percent Hydroxyapatite, then the APAGARD® M-Plus, then the 9.9% Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste, and then the 7.5% Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste described in your question. Here, more is better in terms of concentration of nano hydroxyapatite, given the dilution by saliva and other factors that reduce the residence time in the oral cavity.
