Is the surgical treatment lymphedema proposed for my client’s pelvic congestion a good option to help improve things, or would it be of limited benefit or even cause more difficulty eventually?

We do not favor surgery as a general principle and, in this case, it is quite unlikely to be curative. So, is not the best option when there is a clear path to gaining the upper hand in correcting the underlying causes.
