It is possible to overdo things, but this would typically require an unusually specific timing for needing to readjust electron flow conditions via oxidation while taking quite high levels of potent antioxidants that would work against this. This is a good example of the virtue in relying on divine augmentation while following a regimen of twice a week ingestion of nutritional supplements, rather than taking them every day.
