Given that we can request a repair of the energetic signature most visible within the akashic records of a person so others around them see them as fitting in, can that person, through harboring negative thoughts and having deep unhealed issues become triggered, then rewrite that energetic signature to recreate a dangerous label that causes others to see them as a vulnerable victim and bring out their bullying nature?

This is very much the case, as you've seen intuitively. It is much like you perceived visually, that the wrappings of the package are self-created in deciding what is on display. It is what is uppermost in the thoughts, to a large extent, that shows on the surface within the akashic record about a person. If their mood is dark, if this is of long standing, the label will darken accordingly and will become more and more prominent in projecting that energy. After a lifetime of self-denial, self-loathing, and self-neglect, a person can readily create an image of being a sitting duck and this will work against them in the court of public opinion as well as their being identified readily by predators who find them easy pickings. Their uncanny ability to victimize people and get away with it is owing to their skill at identifying those people who cannot fight back. By the same token, ongoing healing work can right the ship, so to speak, and change the energetic signature to brighten things and reduce the hazards as well, for promoting acceptability and to be in a state of camouflage, so their deeper problems and vulnerabilities are not out in the open for all to see and exploit. This is an important aspect contributing to day-to-day happiness and the life events that unfold.
