Are there any karmic consequences for the human whose DNA is utilized in creating a human/alien Grey hybrid or a human clone based on the alien Grey technology?

There will be linkage to them as a consequence of the DNA utilization. This is the same way in which human cells and tissue donated to another human create a karmic entanglement that persists and carries forward through time. There will be a karmic consequence for the interconnection to an extraterrestrial being or construct used for nefarious purposes. So this will, in part, be traceable back to the human used to provide the DNA. This seems unfair, we understand, but this is simply the universe recognizing the energies of everything involved, and assigning meaning, and apportioning consequences that will emanate from all that happens. There is no escaping karma.
