A practitioner made this recommendation: “Instead of fighting to squeeze in 90 minute chunks 1 to 3 times a week, completing 1 to 3 LHP/DSMRs, I now almost every morning carve out 30 minutes at least to start an LHP/DSMR session. Sometimes I’m able to finish, sometimes I wait until night, and sometimes I just have to resume next morning. I am able to get 3 to 6 sessions done this way a week versus fighting to find full time for 1 to 3 sessions. The way I do it is when I’m feeling I need to stop or am pressed for time, I’ll make note of my stop time, ask Creator to hold and link my next session, stop and ground with white light, and when I resume I again say the protection prayer, requesting, “Creator, link this session to my previous one,” and then begin where I left off. What is Creator’s perspective? Will this be just as effective? Are there any precautions you would recommend or reservations to note?”535 views0 answers0 votes
