A client [name withheld] asks about: “the race of “tall whites” living in the desert mountains outside Las Vegas, NV, supposedly on a military base in a mountain that the military built for them” known as Sarsahrs. Who are these beings and what is their true agenda in terms of humanity?

This is at once an infiltration and a disinformation campaign. This is one of the strategies they are implementing, on a small scale at this point, but with an eye towards a much wider program. Once the extraterrestrial presence is announced and people become enamored of the dazzling power of the Arcturians and their alien Greys, there will be offerings to have a blending of the races. This is simply another way they will go fishing among the human population to see what they can catch, and misguide people into groupings that will be of service or will be co-opted so they are unable to do something to help their brethren, and will, in effect, be marking time until their eventual elimination. They are happy to use human females as surrogates for producing their hybrids, as the hybrids are planned to be the inheritors of the earth once humans have been exterminated.
