DWQA QuestionsCategory: Extraterrestrial Corruption of Human InstitutionsA news report stated: “The Pentagon has failed to pass its annual financial audit for the sixth consecutive year, prompting conservative lawmakers to call for consequences for the Department of Defense. The Pentagon, which has $3.8 trillion in assets alongside $4 trillion in liabilities, only had seven of 30 sub-audits rated clean by auditors, Defense News reported. Eighteen sub-audits failed, three are still taking place, and one was “qualified,” according to Comptroller Mike McCord.” Is this due to carelessness, incompetence, or something more sinister?

Interesting, is it not, that the best and the brightest responsible for high intelligence, monitoring and operations based on intelligence, and responsible for military precision in matters of life and death performance, literally, can be so seemingly helpless to keep track of a budget and disbursements of funds? Is not funding, fundamental to military preparedness, planning, and providing valid feedback to Congress about its needs? After all, they are responsible for keeping America safe, and need to be in fighting trim. This is not their being lackadaisical or unable to find individuals with competence in accounting. This is a kind of broad disarray that is engineered to happen and is true of many institutions both within government and without, which will be sources of inefficiency, mismanaged resources, and lost money, never accounted for. All kinds of impediments as well as incentives are orchestrated to keep the money away from doing good, while always wanting more. It is a perfect combination. The entirety of government is a make-work project that grows like a cancer and never has much to show for it, except a series of wars that in hindsight look profitless and even unjustified. The most sinister aspect is that the money going into the coffers of the defense department are deliberately obscured in their distribution, because the enterprise is supporting a clandestine military, not only the workings of special ops units requiring supply lines and material support for their many missions, but the Secret Space Program we call the Mercenary Army Program to connote its true meaning and purpose, is hugely costly. They are not sitting around waiting for something to do, they are kept busy constantly with training exercises of all kinds, because this contributes to the degradation in the quality of life because everything they touch gets damaged, hindered in some way, or broken to become nonfunctional. It is like acts of war in a more subtle way that is not known to the public but happening behind the scenes. At present, the Extraterrestrial Alliance has a vice grip on the military and governments around the world. The seeming disconnectedness and independence with all of the friction, animosity, and military tensions, are not signs of independent thinking and freedom to choose a national destiny, but a series of orchestrated confrontations to apply pressure for increasing tension, rather than ensuring peaceful coexistence. This serves the interlopers because it is exciting and fun for them to use humans like pawns, and the rougher the game the more they like it. The whole point is to produce casualties. That is how they mark their progress in manipulating you.
