Unfortunately, this is not a fake video. This is the scene where a gathering place was used for the most severe patients who were deemed to be "not savable," so was a kind of warehouse, in effect, a place to put the dying to segregate them from other patients and to triage in the sense of not burdening ongoing medical personnel with the unsalvageable cases. It is an example of what happens when there is a full-scale pandemic underway and massive numbers of people become infected and the medical facilities are swamped. There will have to be collection centers to put such individuals if the government continues functioning and responding to calls for help. At its height, no such services will be available for the large numbers needing assistance, so people will be there on their own and will largely die at home or under the care of friends or neighbors who may take pity on them.
