This is one of the more recent inventions. This was created sometime after the modification to the AIDS virus, the HIV virus, to increase its virulence. The Morgellons are viewed as more an end-stage strategy because of the bizarre and highly unusual nature of this life form being something that would arouse suspicion more than not. So, at present, it is being used tactically and not as a broad incursion. That may well happen in the near term with a ramp-up of destruction.
