A viewer asks: “I would appreciate if you would do some investigation as to the authenticity of the Shroud of Turin. There is fascinating discussion and discovery over the centuries about this artifact, and questions as to whether it is indeed the image of Jesus Christ imprinted on the burial cloths. Carbon dating indicates that it was in fact more like sometime between the years 1260 to 1390. We do know that there are deceptions in this world on both sides of many issues. It does seem to have the qualities of a miracle, although the reproductions of the face look like an older man and no physical damages evident, rather than someone who was 33 at the time of death and scourged and tortured prior to death. Can Creator clarify whether the shroud is indeed genuine as the religious artifact many hope and believe it is?”

We have told you before that the Shroud of Turin is authentic, in being the actual burial shroud of Jesus Christ that was imprinted through a consequence of the extraordinary energy transformation accompanying his transition and transport to the divine realm, having been brought back to life. So his was not an ordinary transition on death, it was a reentering of the body, and then a subsequent upliftment and interdimensional transition that created the energy of the imprint on the cloth. As such, the imprint was that of a restored being and not the corpse that was originally wrapped in the cloth. The carbon dating was, as we have explained, misinterpreted because it was looking at a chemical residue from the fire that occurred in the cathedral where the shroud had been stored, and so is misleading. As you can appreciate, there are many who do not want to see the Shroud of Turin venerated as a divine relic, so there is an active disinformation campaign underway that will be reactivated again and again with each resurgence of interest in the shroud and its authenticity, but it is indeed the imprint of a miracle.
