Kundalini energy is a metaphysical term for the life force energy that animates the body. That is why it is perceived as a function of the chakras and the overall inner balance where there may be energetic perturbations, a waning of needed force, and a perception at times following healing that restores energy flow of having a true empowerment with the perception of renewed energy that inspires and energizes the being. This will be perceived as more than physical energy because it is a revitalization at all levels: mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical. Many times people reaching a turning point where they have been seemingly static with their life on hold—in other words, pausing in its growth and expansion—a rededication to a new life purpose, often accompanied by some healing work, can bring a surge of new energy into play, and this creates the gain of function and inner enhancement that will be perceived as a growth in capability and many times a profound shift to greater positivity, and that will result in a clear perception of an awakened status, a kind of rejuvenation that is most welcome.
