A viewer writes: “I saw in the news today a giant oil spill off the Northeast Coast of Brazil. The country’s main oil company says it’s not the kind of oil they produce. Very strange, and affecting some of the most popular beaches, as well as sea life. Who or what was the cause? Was this a human or natural accident, a solely Extraterrestrial Alliance operation, or was the Mercenary Army Program involved, and why? Is it just another way to degrade Gaia and harm people’s lives, or was this for a more specific goal?”

This was mischief on the part of the extraterrestrials. They opened up a passage beneath the ocean bottom to get a leak going. This indeed is a different type of oil than usually recovered from the seafloor in that area but that is because of the nature of the underground reservoirs. This is a yet to be discovered reservoir that is the source of the spilled oil. It was done for convenience as well as knowing there would be some consternation, a pointing of fingers, and so forth, and they like seeing humans left puzzling about things because it so demonstrates their helplessness and gullibility and vulnerability to manipulation without it being traced back to them. The purpose is to harass and to confound things. The more sources of injury they can inflict and the more resources become devoted to wild goose chases with an attempt to solve problems that are actually of undetermined origin and unlikely to be changed through human doings, the more capital is drained from the coffers and attention redirected to make-work projects that will have little benefit in comparison to their cost and the further loss from not having other things done which otherwise would have come about without the diversion that was orchestrated to happen.
