As you have seen intuitively, we see this scheduled for early March. It is always possible that it will be triggered early if everything is in place to do so. But again, the desire is not to kill but inconvenience and to scare the victims given the vagaries of the weather, and depending on individual locations it could be dangerous for many even in early March. As you know, the temperatures can easily be below freezing at that time of year depending on the location.
