Are any parts of this whistleblower report accurate: “In a startling revelation, the Chinese Communist Party has been found to have been low-balling the infection and death rates. Coronavirus infection rates are currently believed to be 4.5 million, with 1 million dead. A source I know inside the US Public Health Corps stated that they have received plans for emergency quarantine of Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Chicago, and immediate evacuations of New York City, Washington DC, and other major metropolitan areas, to resettlement camps being erected in South Dakota.”

This is entirely a false story. It is an exaggeration of the current circumstances done for purposes of spreading fear and enhancing self-importance on the part of the purported whistleblower, so it can be disregarded. It is not impossible for casualties to reach these levels by any means, given that there are billions of people on the planet and this is intended to be a major scourge, but the scenarios described for coping with such an eventuality are themselves draconian and impractical, in any event.
