Are the riots taking place in many cities across America caused, worsened, or prolonged through participation by members of the Secret Space Program, also known as the Mercenary Army Program?

We appreciate you do not like this answer because you were wanting to dismiss this notion, as it seems too malicious and unseemly to blame them, yet again, for another human calamity when there are so many people who are distorted in their thinking and may be prone to violence, who could easily be persuaded to take part in such doings without invoking a high-level conspiracy. But you are actually correct, that the workings of the Mercenary Army Program are heavily involved in public demonstrations that lead to acts of violence. It is excellent training, being a kind of combat that is low-risk. So it is a very helpful training exercise to put recruits through their paces and demonstrate their ability to be manipulated, to follow orders, to carry out harmful acts without compunction, on command, with no reservation and no second-guessing afterwards. So, to the Mercenary Army program leadership this is an opportunity not to me missed. You have seen them literally in action in many videos that have made the news over these months, and prior to this as well. It is nothing new. This is done as a routine to capitalize on all such circumstances because it serves the dual purpose of both increasing passions, ramping up emotions, and causing harm of all kinds to the innocent, while at the same time providing a proving ground for the recruits to put them into action in a real-world setting to see how they perform.
