There is such a group, but it is not Russian. It is solely the work of the Central Intelligence Agency using that identification as a cover for their own handiwork. This is part of the broad propaganda and disinformation operations that are continuing as a source of friction and confusion, both, among members of the major political parties who are being primed to have not just a keen interest in the outcome of the 2020 presidential race, but a rabid interest that is larger than life and seems to many of them to be life and death, and even something worth sacrificing their own lives to influence, if at all possible. So this is simply business as usual of the Extraterrestrial Alliance who are always fomenting divisiveness among the warring factions they create through intensifying people’s attitudes and corrupting their beliefs to promote not only intense feelings but reckless and even criminal levels of hostility and violence against their perceived adversaries. As you know, once a conspiracy theory is promoted and becomes entrenched through cultivating inner beliefs of people among the public through subconscious programming, those beliefs will simply not go away and will become a useful touchstone to be mined again and again through various manipulations and strategies that capitalize on the true believers. So actual manipulations can be done, and even done in a way they will come to light because this fuels that narrative and keeps the animosity alive about that issue, even though for many it has been discredited for lack of concrete evidence that it has made any difference in things. But to the Extraterrestrial Alliance that is beside the point. Anything they can use for harassment and causing disaffection, finger-pointing, and personal hatreds, ads to human unhappiness, discord, and dishevelment, and will be seen as a win for the Extraterrestrial Alliance always.
