Can extraterrestrial mind control programming create separate alters of a person’s mind through dissociation, as happens with severe trauma, so different personalities are created deliberately to carry out covert actions?

This is not a deliberate intention, but can be an inadvertent side effect of the extraterrestrial manipulation. The instillation of mind control messages can, in some cases, cause a major inner conflict and this becomes a trauma in its own right by putting a person in conflict with themselves. When this happens, there will have to be a resolution of some kind for a restoration of function, and so something has to give and there may be a general shutdown to have a cooling off period or a timeout for regrouping, so to speak. So the situation can become harmful directly to the well-being. When it causes an inner conflict severe enough to require action to protect the person, they cannot turn off the message so they must use some other strategy. This is no different than a child being abused by a stern parent who dissociates to protect the self, and the fragment of the mind shouldering the burden will take the punishment and spare the rest of the being. This part of the mind may become a so-called alter, who has that duty and accepts that role in service to the being. That this is a coping mechanism and not an intended result of the manipulation is one of many side effects of Extraterrestrial Alliance intrusion into the earth environment in their attempts to manipulate things and there are many adverse consequences, all of which are quite unfortunate.
