You can ask for anything on the part of yourself or another. It is up to the divine realm to sort out the boundaries and to what extent they can be stretched or overridden, as the case may be, to accomplish what is highest and best. There is no need for a special provision within the Protocol as every element of what the extraterrestrials are doing is included in the Protocol already. Every point of intervention, interference, manipulation, and alteration is specified with many requests for prevention as well and to have it done in the most thorough complete and effective fashion with layers of leveraging through its strategies for pooling of resources and adding collective energies into the work of individuals, and so on. You can certainly make this concern stated as a client issue when you have a child born and want to keep it protected.
