You did in fact see this correctly. He was used as an example in training others in the Mercenary Army Program. So it was a punishment as well as a learning exercise, and in addition was a treat for the Reptilian instructor because they delight in demonstrating their prowess and position of domination of the humans they see as being beneath them. This, of course, left deep wounds and so this was part of the energy being seen by the psychic as being chased. It was the control and then having the life go on in a sense, but not capable of being expressed freely because of the earthbound status following his being killed. The fear is understandable under these circumstances, because the subconscious was aware of this personal experience and worrying about it. So the psychic reading played into these fears already being stirred up within and gave them extra legitimacy and urgency as well.
