Does Jack Ruby need a Spirit Rescue?

He is still in need of a Spirit Rescue. He is still in limbo following the death of his body. As you know intuitively, and has been speculated on by many, he suffered from many mental impairments from a long-standing spirit possession and had many dark thoughts and fantasies.
