It has, in short, to do with killing … Murder is not abstract … Evil is also what kills spirit. There are various essential attributes to life – particularly human life – such as sentience, mobility, growth, autonomy, will. It is possible to kill or attempt to kill one of these attributes without actually destroying the body. Thus we may ‘break’ a horse or even a child. … Evil, then … is that force, residing either inside or outside of human beings, that seeks to kill life or liveliness. And goodness is its opposite.” What is Creator’s perspective?

We see this as being a very precise and adequate human perspective of the contrast between good and evil because, in a very practical sense and as borne out by history, when evil is allowed to reign it often causes not only suffering but the deaths of many, and this is because evil is an alteration of perspective to serve the self at the expense of others and becomes a slippery slope when an evildoer wants greater and greater power. Ultimately, what this means is that it will take away from others eventually to such an extent it will be lethal. This is a consequence of the harsh nature of the physical existence you are experiencing as a human incarnation. There are many requirements needed just to keep the body going, to stay healthy, to thrive, and support oneself in a natural environment that is variable because of weather, and so on. So the basic needs of food, clothing, and shelter must be met for long-term survival, let alone the emotional needs for companionship and outlets for expressing inner needs and passions. When one serves the self to the exclusion of concern for others and is willing to rob them of whatever they might acquire, this leads to many worsening circumstances and eventually may end up in violence. On a large scale, this is often what war is about, the conquest of others to gain greater power, and things like genocide become an ultimate perversion of evil aims taken to their ultimate maximal expression of serving oneself, or one's own kind, and allowing not even room to breathe, for outsiders. The origin of evil is a deeper and longer story than known to humanity, having started as the fall from grace by the now dark angelic cohort you call "spirit meddlers," who are parasites on living beings, including humans and the extraterrestrial races who dominate the Earth. They are the source of all the corruption that gives rise to acts of evil, small and large, in proportion to the degree of corruption they achieve. This is why the extraterrestrials are such a menace, it is because they are much longer lived and their civilizations long predate the creation of humanity and have lived in corruption for millions of years before you came along as a species, and thus are very far gone—the worst being the spirit meddlers themselves. This is why we say that morality and evil are not outside the ability of science to explore and investigate to gain an understanding of how they operate. In a true sense, evil is a kind of energetic vibration of its own, as a manifestation of consciousness, which still is mysterious to science but is also a form of energy. It is simply the case that your understanding is still so fragmentary and primitive that there is not a wider appreciation of the pressing need to understand and come to grips with evil in a much more powerful and effective way than ever before, so it will not come as a surprise and be a total mystery when something evil happens, because evil can destroy you.
