Findings published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, said American diplomat victims in Cuba experienced “cognitive, balance, hearing, oculomotor dysfunction, or all 4, as well as sleep impairment and headaches,” according to University of Pennsylvania Center for Brain Injury and Repair researchers, who studied 21 of the 24 US government personnel living in Havana at the time of the “attacks.” The study also explained that many said they heard loud “buzzing,” “piercing squeals” or “humming” on top of experiencing a variety of sensory-related issues such as intense pressure or vibrations similar to something you’d feel while “inside a moving car with the windows partially rolled down.” What caused these symptoms?

This is a special type of energetic attack being mounted as an experiment, as a sort of test, to manipulate these human beings because they are seen as expendable and as essentially enemies, unwanted on their turf, so to speak, and so, are fair game to be attacked and manipulated in this way. So, this is an experiment to determine what can be done to undermine people and where the limits might be to obtain long-term effects without arousing undue suspicion about the possibility of an active intervention of some kind. So, this level of triggering an alarm has been reached here, and so the experimental undertaking was successful in defining that threshold. And so, this was the purpose—to carry out chronic manipulation to degrade the functioning and performance of the diplomats and to couple this with mind control manipulation and see what the combined effects might be, and then eventually carry it to an extreme, to establish the threshold for raising eyebrows and causing people to make the associations with too many people having bizarre symptoms in common like this, and raising questions about whether something underhanded is taking place. This is business as usual in world affairs. The governments and their intelligence agencies engage readily in all kinds of mischief of this sort, using all sorts of exotic energies, and chemical agents, and gases, and biologic agents as well, in addition to mind manipulation strategies of all kinds, to learn how to gain the upper hand and to influence their opponents in adverse ways, to gain the upper hand, to maintain supremacy, and to undermine them.
