Your intuition again is serving you superbly. This is not simply dementia. He is being thrown off stride through impulsed energy and inner discord within the deep subconscious by extraterrestrial manipulation energetically as well as psychically. This is something quite easy for them to do. You have explored this in other settings, for example, in causing sports figures to falter during an athletic contest when they become distracted or inattentive or simply cannot maneuver effectively and use their well-crafted and honed athletic prowess to full advantage, and then fumble the ball or fail to make a catch at a crucial moment. The same can be done in workings of the mind to be an orator when it really counts as in a presidential debate or even an interview with a reporter that will be televised. That is no time to falter and struggle for words and fail to have a cogent train of thought. It is most disquieting to witness someone in that state of being because it does suggest a deeper problem and this will erode confidence in the voting public and that is the purpose of this exercise—it is to create the false impression that he is losing his grip and therefore cannot be trusted assuming leadership of the United States. Like all humans, he has limitations. He also has many inner biases from all the programming he has been subjected to. Like all politicians, he has been heavily manipulated, so he will be a useful minion of the Extraterrestrial Alliance as President of the United States, but this is no less true of the current president. So what we are saying is: "The electorate will be presented with poor choices regardless of their impressions and their decisions in how to vote. In a sense, it makes little difference because the problems facing humanity transcend politics and what any president might do or not do." To be sure, there would be a different feel, a different flavor in character on display depending on which candidate gets elected, but at this point it is more a function of what the divine realm can do to forestall the worst possible outcomes than who holds the office as a political figurehead. The Extraterrestrial Alliance is in functional control of all world governments of consequence. This is why we have told you before that what is needed are not political solutions, but a divine partnership to bring healing, first to the perpetrators controlling the world and humanity, and then for helping people heal from the consequences of this long-term subjugation and manipulation.
