Alien Greys have a total of four fingers only. This is because they are not required to do mechanical tasks of a fine control nature. They have a whole series of tools they use, fully adapted for their particular physical attributes, and this is part of the constraint mechanism of them. They have plans to expand their physicality in the future and that may well be allowed by their Arcturian creators, but that is the current status.
