This is again the case. The diseases borne by insect vectors, as well as the parasites that can use human as an ultimate target, are imported from these other realms, because again, they are not a match to the energy of the divine human nest but are native to worlds deeply troubled, where a power hierarchy is very much the order of things, and this is reflected from top to bottom in both flora and fauna present in their realm. These species were imported deliberately to wreak havoc and undermine humanity.
