Was the Ebola virus imported or worsened in its pathogenicity by the Extraterrestrial Alliance?

This is another virus that was reworked to increase its virulence so it could have devastating effects on human populations and, like the AIDS virus, was weaponized by suitable modification to serve the aims of the Extraterrestrial Alliance.
